Key responsibilities include:

4. Lead and develop the procurement team.
5. Define and execute sourcing and category strategies, including tenders and supplier negotiations.
6. Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and margin improvements.
7. Partner cross-functionally to influence decisions and improve performance through data, insights, and continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would have:
8. Strong experience within direct FMCG procurement, ideally ingredient or commodity categories.
9. Proven ability to develop and deliver sourcing strategies, run tenders, and achieve cost savings.
10. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
11. Proactive, hands-on team player, able to manage multiple priorities and operate both strategically and in detail.
