What youll do:
* Support the Senior Shift Leader in the daily running of the production hall.
* Ensure safe working practices are always followed, including permit to work, isolations and LOTOTO procedures.
* Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met.
* Lead, guide and develop team members, addressing skill gaps and challenging unsafe or incorrect behaviours.
* Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Profile description:
