Nurture-Based Support: Work within a nurture framework to help students re-engage with the curriculum at their own pace. Collaboration: Work alongside the SENCo, Educational Psychologists, and parents to track emotional and academic progress. Requirements Experience: Previous experience working with SEMH, ASC, or ADHD (this could be in a school, PRU, youth work, or residential setting). Character: A high level of emotional intelligence, patience, and a "thick skin." Compliance: You must hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to process a new one). Commitment: As these pupils require consistency, we are looking for someone who wants to transition into a permanent role with the school. Benefits of the Position Competitive Pay: A daily rate of £128.20, paid weekly via PAYE (no umbrella company fees). Professional Development: Access to specialist training in Autism awareness and behavioural management. Stability: A clear pathway to a permanent contract for the right candidate.
