Typical activities include:
1. Scoping new projects and working with technical leads to ensure optimal delivery.
2. Liaising directly with customers to capture requirements and translate them into delivery plans.
3. Conducting regular project reviews to monitor progress against schedules and deliverables.
4. Leading stakeholder engagement and supporting communications across internal and external teams.
5. Producing evidence-based monthly project reports and maintaining project documentation.
6. Managing resources and contributing to the resource demand plan.
7. Supporting proposal development, bids, and internal R&D planning.
