About the Role
Are you ready to make a splash? As a lifeguard at our vibrant Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic time while staying safe in and around the water. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to guest safety will shine as you interact with visitors and provide top-notch customer service.
In this dynamic position, you’ll not only monitor the pool but also promote and organize exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while prioritizing their safety.
This full-time role typically involves 35 hours per week, spread over 5 days, including evenings and weekends. During our Big Weekender breaks, you may also lend a hand in our Bars department, so flexibility and reliability are key. Just think of the new skills you’ll gain and the friendships you’ll forge!
For those relocating to the area, live-in accommodation may be available to make your transition smoother.
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of guests. If you’re a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, you’ll thrive in this role as you monitor the pool during busy times.
While previous lifeguard experience is a plus, a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential. You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
