The role:
1. Marketing properties ensuring all advertising/listings and portals are up to date.
2. Carry out viewings with perspective tenants.
3. Qualifying prospective tenants
4. Drawing up tenancy agreement/contracts
5. Registering tenancy deposits
6. Check in & check out inspections/inventory.
7. Carry out property inspections.
8. Deal with property maintenance.
9. Ensuring legal compliance/certificates are maintained.
10. Be a part of the project management team for any new development/projects or refurbishments.
11. Liaising with contractors
12. Attending housing fairs/marketing (student sector/universities)
13. Travelling to properties – in Sheffield & other areas.
14. Liaising with contracted agents who manage out of town developments.
The successful candidate:
15. Previous lettings experience is desirable.
16. Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
17. Well presented, articulate with excellent communication skills.
18. Hard working “can do” attitude.
19. Able to work to tight deadlines and in a busy environment.
