Where you’ll be working:
Clacton-on-Sea
We support 2 individuals in their own homes, located 5 minutes from Clacton Sea front.
This is a unique service within Clacton-on-Sea offering supported living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community.
We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team and continue delivering outstanding outcomes.

As part of your daily work, you will be offering the following:

Supporting – activities of daily living, including social activities, personal care, routines, meal planning, and budgeting.
Communicating – effectively using people's preferred methods of communication.
Engaging – motivating and promoting quality of life for the people we support.
Specialising – supporting individuals who may need positive behavioural support approaches.
Recording – keeping accurate records and reporting changes in health or circumstances to management.
Team player – working collaboratively as part of a team and using your own initiative.
