Outdoor play holds great importance at Sandhills Boston, with all rooms having their own individual garden as well as a large, shared garden with wooden play equipment where the children can play with other age groups. We are conveniently located in central Boston, near to the bus and train stations and close to road links with a large, secure car park in front of the main building. What Your Role Involves As a valued member of our team, you’ll: Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
