What you'll be doing:
Responsibilities
* Provide expert, tailored advice to patients about available medicines, products, and services.
* Deliver services that meet the store’s needs and support patient care.
* Build strong relationships with the pharmacy team, coaching and inspiring them to deliver the highest standard of care.
* Assist with patient triage and distribute prescription handouts.
* Take ownership of legal, safe, and ethical decision‑making in the pharmacy.
* Manage operational tasks including stock replenishment, workload management, order fulfilment, receiving and handling controlled drugs, and ensuring patient safety.
Qualifications
* Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, or PSI).
* Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician with checking capability is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
* Genuine excitement for coaching and leading a dispensary team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Motivation to improve services for teams, customers, and patients.
* Desire to deliver outstanding patient care.
* Ability to use pharmacy systems and technology.
