Company Overview:
Our client, a globally recognized investment management firm, are looking to hire an experienced Operations professional to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a front office environment, engaging directly with local portfolio managers.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for Trade Settlement, CLO Monitoring and NAV activities.
* Loan trade settlements across CLOs, warehouses and SMAs
* Manage CLO monitoring & reporting: trustee reconciliations, payment waterfalls, attribution, compliance checks and hypo testing
* Reconciliations of funds cash and positions.
* Working with the Fund Administrators on NAV productions.
* Generate internal reports on fund performance to be given to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
* 4 years+ experience in CLO’s is essential.
* Experience in leveraged loans, structured credit operations or loan administration within investment management of funds will be considered.
* Loan closing is an advantage.
* Third level degree in Finance/Business or Accounting.
Please note this role requires 5 days a week in office.
