Accounts Senior Location: Manchester Salary: £40,000 (depending on experience) Qualification: Fully Qualified (ACA / ACCA) About the RoleWe’re looking for two experienced and technically strong Accounts Seniors to join our expanding team. As an Accounts Senior, you’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, working closely with Managers and Assistant Managers to deliver high-quality accounts and tax services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Senior who enjoys technical work and wants to be part of a supportive, growing practice. You’ll play a key role in strengthening the team’s technical capability and helping others develop, while being given a clear path to progression. Key Responsibilities Manage and review accounts preparation and tax work for a range of clients. Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and advice. Support and mentor junior team members in their development. Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure smooth workflow and delivery. Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen technical standards. About You ACA or ACCA fully qualified. Proven experience as an Accounts Senior within practice. Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and compliance. Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach. Ambitious and ready to take the next step toward management.
