About role
Prospero are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to work within a secondary school in the South Liverpool area as soon as possible. Please see below for further details:
MFL Teacher
1. Location – South Liverpool, L18
2. Position – MFL Teacher
3. Start date – As soon as possible
4. Full time/part time – Full time
5. Minimum rate of pay – Paid to scale
6. Hours – 8:00 am – 16:00 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
7. Delivering engaging lessons and incorporating cultural, historical, and linguistic elements of languages
8. Setting and tracking student progress, maintaining accurate records
9. Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, managing student behaviour in line with school policies
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
10. Teaching qualification with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
11. Previous experience working with young people in a school setting
12. Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
13. Hold Right to Work in the UK
14. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
15. Provide two professional references/cover 24 months worked
