JOB TITLE: Rearrangements Coordinator

The Job
Hyperfast is seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in the successful delivery of programs across our Rearrangements Department, aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs), role responsibilities, and company objectives.
What Will You Be Doing?
1. Creating and progressing orders using appropriate software platforms (CRM and Arc).
2. Managing shared inboxes.
3. Issuing work to suppliers, updating progress statuses, and maintaining trackers.
4. Conducting quality and compliance reviews for all order aspects.
5. Performing corrective action reviews to ensure high standards.
6. Understanding of the telecoms industry is advantageous; the role covers aspects within the PIA network but is not essential.
7. Assisting with analysis of operational practices, reporting, database management, and record maintenance to ensure compliance.
8. Identifying working constraints with the Rearrangements Manager that could hinder objectives.
9. Ensuring effective communication within the team and stakeholders, with clear and timely delivery of information.
10. Encouraging input of new ideas, improvements, and innovations.
What Will You Bring?
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
2. Strong organizational skills and high-level information management.
3. Accuracy and attention to detail for data entry and reporting.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively within a team.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
7. Previous experience in the telecoms industry and PIA network is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
