The school boasts well behaved children and a supportive and established staff. This role would include covering PPA and illness throughout KS1 and 2. You must have an HLTA or CACHE level 3 qualification to apply for this role. This would be an excellent role for an ECT looking to take their first steps into teaching. What You’ll Be Doing Covering classes on a planned or ad hoc basis throughout KS1 and 2 Providing EHCP support for those pupils with additional needs Teach booster sessions for those who need support to meet their academic targets Assisting teaching staff with adapting learning resources to suit individual needs.
