Responsibilities:
* Deliver high levels of customer service and technical support
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on modern machinery in both workshop and onsite environments
* Complete all relevant service documentation accurately and within required timescales
* Represent the client professionally and maintain high service standards
* Support, mentor, and assist junior team members where required
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven ability to diagnose and repair modern machinery
* Good understanding of current industry practices
* Disciplined and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
* Full UK driving licence
* Ideally holds an Engineering or Mechanical qualification
* Experience using diagnostic equipment and IT systems
* Willingness to attend supplier and manufacturer training courses
