They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant due to internal progression. Your new role Working in the busy customer service department, you will be part of a small and welcoming team driving to achieve excellent service by understanding customer needs, providing recommendations and delivering solutions. Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00 Duties: Provide advice and information with integrity. Monitoring a joint email inbox. Responding to email enquiries including receiving and processing orders. Contact external suppliers. Take card payments over the phone. Act on customer feedback to improve and adapt. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in both a customer service and an office-based role. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Confident using IT, including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to adopt a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to unexpected demands.
