The Role As Service & Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery, performance, and compliance of all service and maintenance operations. From planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to reactive repairs and statutory compliance, you’ll ensure a smooth-running, customer-focused operation. Key Responsibilities * Lead the management of M&E maintenance across a diverse portfolio (including HVAC, fire safety, security, plumbing, renewables, and more). * Develop processes, procedures, and reporting systems that drive consistency and quality. * Ensure all works meet compliance, safety, and statutory standards. * Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and trust. * Manage teams and subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. Skills & Experience * Proven experience in service & maintenance management within M&E building services. * Broad knowledge across multiple systems. * Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills. * In-depth understanding of compliance and safety requirements. * IT literacy with the ability to use reporting tools and CRMs. Desirable: professional qualifications (Degree/HND in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services), professional memberships (CIBSE, IET, BIFM), and experience with renewable energy systems.
