Senior Technical Support Engineer
Location: Watford, Herts
Salary: £48,000
The role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer with a background in working for MSP’s and real-world project deployments and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
You will be :
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Continuously staying abreast of evolving technologies and Microsoft updates to provide the best possible advice and solutions to our clients.
* Able to demonstrate your experience in a similar role, your understanding of Microsoft 365 apps and services, your knowledge of cloud computing concepts.
* A strong and clear communicator, problem solver and a team player and passionate about excellent customer service.
* Within commutable distance to the Watford office.
