You will be responsible for theend-to-end management of tenancies, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant with current legislation, and that bothlandlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service. Our office is based in the heart of Borehamwood, a stones throw away from the High Street and Train Station. We have a fully secured car park and cafe on site. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of properties. Overseeing all aspects of Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) management, as well as Non AST. Serving Section 21, 13, 8 and 42 Notices when required. Managing rent arrears and implementing recovery strategies. Coordinating tenancy administration, referencing, tenancy progression and rent increases. Organising and managing inventories, check-ins and check-outs. Managing planned and reactive property maintenance. Monitoring void properties and implementing strategies to minimise vacancy periods. Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current Health & Safety and lettings legislation. Conducting property inspections. Working closely with Property Management Assistants to ensure smooth administration. About You: Minimum 2 years experience in residential property management. Strong understanding of UK tenancy legislation and compliance requirements as well as the Renters Reform Act. Experience managing a residential portfolio. Comfortable serving statutory notices and managing arrears. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload. Confident communicator with excellent landlord and tenant management skills. Experience using property management software. Full UK Driving Licence.
