They undertake projects across the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, and other parts of Europe, primarily focusing on infrastructure and tunnelling projects.
Your new role
As a Geotechnical Engineer, you are required to:
1. Manage and oversee site-based engineering projects, including deep excavations, temporary works, cofferdams, and general civil projects.
2. Provide consultancy and design expertise to ensure project success.
3. Collaborate within a team, contributing to the development of technically robust engineering solutions while adhering to applicable technical standards and client specifications.
4. Utilise Microsoft software proficiently to support project management and design tasks.
5. Collaborate with Tier 1/2 contractors and designers to achieve project goals.
6. Work independently and demonstrate high levels of motivation and initiative.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in the Civil Engineering role, candidates should have demonstrated experience as a site-based engineer or in consultancy/design, especially with deep excavations, temporary works, cofferdams, and general civil projects.
Proficiency in engineering and Microsoft software, high motivation, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with Tier 1/2 contractors or as a designer is highly desirable. Candidates must also be able tomute to Armagh and possess full working rights in the UK.
