Profile
* A successful Head of Finance/ Group Financial Controller should have:
* A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
* Proven experience in financial leadership within a large complex business.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards (UK GAAP/ FRS).
* Experience in leading and developing a finance team.
* Experience in multi-site or managing finance for multiple legal entities.
* A proactive approach to implementing financial improvements and strategies.
