Role Summary:
We are building on our past success by evolving our growing sales team into two teams going forward: one for new logo acquisition and the other focused on the retention and growth of our existing customer base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and self-motivated sales professional who is hungry for success.
* Act as the single point of contact for commercial dealings with an existing customer portfolio and liaise with internal departments.
* Proactively manage accounts to facilitate upselling and cross-selling of our services and products.
* Build and leverage business relationships with customers, partners (including Oracle), internal leadership, and peers to drive success.
* Manage the sales process in assigned customer accounts, including preparing and presenting proposals and coordinating pre-sales activities with internal teams.
* Maintain accurate and timely data related to customers in our CRM system.
* Manage targets and KPIs effectively.
* Conduct continuous market and competition analysis.
Skills:
* Previous experience in an Account Management role within the Oracle marketplace, preferably with Oracle E-Business experience.
* Experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
* Knowledge of the partner, vendor, and customer ecosystem at the C-Level.
* Ability to communicate a clear value proposition.
* Good organizational skills.
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Persistent and results-driven with a “can-do” attitude.
* Understanding of hosting and cloud solutions.
