Location: North West (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £70,000, depending on experience and seniority

The Role
This role offers the opportunity to manage a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a wide portfolio of clients across sectors.
You will:
* Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, and landlord and tenant matters
* Provide strategic advice on property investments and portfolio management
* Lead negotiations and draft contracts, leases, and associated legal documentation
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering commercially viable and practical solutions
* Keep up to date with legal developments and market trends to provide current and relevant advice
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Supervise and support junior team members, including trainees and paralegals
* Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
* Support the firm’s business development strategy by attending networking and client events
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified solicitor with solid experience in commercial property law
* Strong technical knowledge with the ability to provide commercially sound advice
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
* Proactive approach to client care and business development
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* A team player with mentoring or supervisory experience (desirable but not essential)
