The successful candidate will be involved in arranging and conducting property viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, progressing tenancies, handling property management queries, coordinating maintenance issues, and ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

* Handling maintenance issues and coordinating contractors
* Liaising with landlords and tenants on a daily basis
* Carrying out general lettings administration and compliance tasks
* Supporting the wider team with property management responsibilities

* Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
* Confident carrying out property viewings and negotiating offers
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
* Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
* Professional and personable approach with attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence preferred due to local property visits
