Production Operative - Late Shift Location: Swindon Hours: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Contract: 40 hours per week (excluding 30-minute unpaid break each day) Type: Temp to Perm Recruiting on behalf of our client - Thrive Group Thrive Group are currently recruiting for a Late Shift Production Operative to join our client's growing team based in Swindon. Production experience - Ideally from a manufacturing or similar background. Adaptable and flexible - Willing to support different areas of the business and work overtime when needed. Cross-trained approach - Comfortable working across multiple production functions.
