Salary Range
£25,077.00 - £26,502.53 (dependent on experience, pro-rata for part-time)
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with the Nursing team to develop care pathways.
* Supporting service users in opiate and alcohol interventions.
* Leading harm reduction interventions and conducting health assessments.
* Ensuring the well-being of service users is central to your work.
* Undertaking phlebotomy and managing vaccine storage (training provided).
About You
We are looking for individuals who have:
* Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work as part of a team.
* Experience in substance misuse or social care (preferred but not essential).
* A clear understanding of delivering quality services.
* Good organizational skills and confidence to work independently.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
