We are seeking a highly organized New Business Administrator to join our New Business team. The role of the New Business Administrator is crucial to 4Com's success, ensuring that our delivery exceeds customer expectations.
As a New Business Administrator, you will be responsible for obtaining finance for customers, verifying all contracts, and handling all administrative duties from the point of sale through to the initial stage of installation.

What would I be doing as a New Business Administrator at 4Com?
* Liaising with the installation team to coordinate installation dates.
* Communicating with sales executives regarding order amendments and ensuring all paperwork and costings are completed promptly.
* Handling incoming calls from sales consultants and customers, assisting or redirecting as needed.
* Performing general administration duties, including scanning and filing paperwork.
* Ensuring all sales deals are accurately proposed to Company Leasing, with all documents correctly completed and submitted.
* Maintaining the database, ensuring all entries and comments are current and accurately reflect the deal's value and finance status.
* Liaising with customers to obtain outstanding paperwork, accounts, or additional information to facilitate finance acceptance, including corrected and resigned paperwork.
