Office Administrator - Permanent
Based in Harlow
Work week: Monday – Friday - 08:30 am – 16:30 pm (37.5 hrs)
Salary : from £24,500 - £26,325 per annum
REQUIREMENTS
• Some experience of working within an administrative/secretarial role/environment e.g. working in an office, answering telephone calls, some customer service/liaison experience etc
• Intermediate to advanced level with IT skills especially MS Word and MS Excel, and training will be given on our custom CRM software
• Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and multi-task when necessary and under pressure, to always work efficiently.
• Candidate to be self-motivated, flexible and resourceful, with the ability to work as part of a team and own initiative.
• Ideal candidate will have a professional and pleasant manner when dealing with clients via telephone, email or in person.
• A good standard of written English and excellent telephone skills.
OVERVIEW
We are a Harlow based double glazing manufacturer, servicing the retail and trade sectors. We are currently looking for someone to join our current administrative team to share the workload of general administration: processing client orders, sending emails, liaising with other off-site staff regarding work/jobs, recording client information in our custom CRM software, filing, telephone calls and more. Customer interaction and service is part of our daily routine, and the ideal candidate will be able to speak to and work with both our retail and trade customers alike, by phone and in person.
