Secure Trust Bank Group is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead the reporting of monthly financial results and forecasts to our Board and Executive Committee. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Group Finance function, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape the financial narrative of a growing specialist bank.
What youll be doing: Own the monthly Group FP&A reporting process, delivering clear, insightful analysis to the Board and ExCo.
Lead the Groups budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource allocation.
Provide deep analysis of financial performance across key metrics (e.g. Net Interest Margin, Cost:Income Ratio), identifying trends and driving action.
Oversee the rolling monthly PBT and capital forecast process.
Collaborate with BI/MI teams to build a transparent and accessible Finance library.
Maintain strong controls over the accuracy of Group results and reporting.
What were looking for: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
Financial services experience, ideally within banking.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to link financial performance to business drivers.
Advanced Excel skills; TM1, Power BI or SQL knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
Ability to balance analytical rigour with pragmatism under pressure.
