The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Be confident in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of all learners
* Demonstrate a caring and nurturing classroom presence, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Be proactive in identifying pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
* Have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and child development
