Commercial Administrator – Sheffield Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join a growing engineering company based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy and supportive team within a well-established engineering environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting commercial and operational activities, ensuring projects, documentation, and customer requirements are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the commercial and project teams
Processing purchase orders, invoices, and customer documentation
Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and project files
Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
Supporting contract administration and project coordination
Assisting with quotations, reports, and commercial documentation
Managing correspondence and handling general office administration duties Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or commercial support role
Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or construction sectors is desirable
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
