Experienced Builder / Joiner Required– House Extensions, Conversions & Refurbs.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced builder with strong joinery/carpentry and groundwork skills to join our growing team. You'll take on a mix of first- and second-fix carpentry alongside with foundations and structural works to deliver extensions and refurb projects to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* First & second fix joinery: studwork, roofs, stairs, doors, windows, skirting/architraves, kitchens.
* Structural work: lintels, steels (RSJs), knock-throughs, and temporary works set-up.
* Foundations, Floor slabs, Drainage, floor/roof construction, and insulation to regs.
* Reading drawings, setting out, and sequencing works on extensions.
* Snagging/finishing to a high standard; maintaining a clean, safe site.
* Liaising with clients, site manager, and suppliers to keep jobs on programme.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in domestic building, with strong joinery/ground background.
* Proven track record delivering extensions/loft conversions/refurbs.
* Competent with power tools and site equipment; excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to read drawings and work independently or as part of a team.Full UK driving licence and own basic tools.
* Competent operating plant and machinery.
Nice to Have.
* Experience installing roofing (cut & truss); Groundwork experience digging foundations.
* Knowledge of Building Regulations
* First Aid/Asbestos Awareness/SMSTS or SSSTS (or willingness to obtain).
