Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school based in Witney, Oxfordshire. This position is to cover Monday to Wednesday each week, starting in September 2025, and is a fantastic opportunity for work-life balance while making a real impact in the classroom.
About the Role:
* Teaching a lovely Year 4 class, three days per week (Mon–Wed)
* Small element of planning required, with support from the parallel class teacher
* Potential for a longer-term or permanent role for the right candidate
* Warm and welcoming school environment with a strong community feel
Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Have recent experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 4
* Be confident with planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
* Have excellent classroom management and strong communication skills
* Be proactive, flexible, and a positive team player

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
