So, what will you be doing?
* Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
* Arranging and attending property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
* Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding applications, negotiations, and agreements
* Coordinating property advertising, photographs, and portal listings
* Assisting with tenancy progression and renewals
* Supporting compliance documentation, Right to Rent checks, and letting packs
* Maintaining accurate records on lettings software and updating the website
* Assisting with property boards and general lettings administration
* Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
