* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive financial and service performance.
* Proven experience in negotiating and managing outsourced contracts and supplier relationships.
* Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-functional teams, with strong coaching and change management capabilities.
* Financial acumen, including budget planning and cost control.
* Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
It would be great if you had
* Strong commercial understanding of key areas within the metering business and the UK energy market, including its economic and political drivers.
* Enthusiastic and performance-driven, with a growth mindset and a passion for exceeding business goals.
* Confident communicator, skilled at delivering complex messages in a clear, concise, and accessible manner.
* Proactive in adopting new (digital) technologies to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation.
