You will also have strong commercial and financial awareness, be passionate about the Built Environment, possess the necessary drive and skill set and be fully conversant with Building Pathology. The successful candidate will be key in helping shape the delivery of the service, they will have experience of working within the sector, delivering Investment Programmes and be aware of the challenges, and rewards it can present. You must be a team player and have the creatively to overcome problems.Key responsibilities will include:Undertake the technical diagnostic and contract administration processes.Deliver contracts efficiently and effectively against agreed performance targets.Consult and engage with stakeholders throughout all stages of the contract process.Support a consistent approach to contract management.Achieve and promote Value for Money.Exercise budgetary and effective financial management controls.To assist with the procurement of contractors and suppliers.To support the Asset Data Team in ensuring all property related asset data is collated.Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are being adhered to on site.Support the delivery of retrofit projects and reporting functions.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential, and you’ll need to demonstrate a real passion to provide excellent customer service.For an informal discussion, please contact Kirsty Hussain, Asset & Sustainability Manager by email: Date: w/c 30th March 2026In exchange for your expertise, experience and enthusiasm we provide a fantastic, sector-leading range of staff benefits.
