A leading international semiconductor company is seeking a Graduate Analog IC Design Engineer to join their multidisciplinary R&D team in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated graduate to kickstart their career in analog and mixed-signal IC design, contributing to the development of integrated circuits and MEMS solutions used across a wide range of cutting-edge applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the specification, design, simulation, and verification of analog circuit blocks
* Support system-level modelling and architectural design activities
* Collaborate closely with layout engineers to guide and review analog layout
* Assist in the lab evaluation of silicon and development of supporting test hardware/software
* Participate in technical support tasks including qualification, failure analysis, and test development
* Ensure adherence to internal design processes and documentation standards
About You
* Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
* A strong foundation in analog circuit theory and design principles
* Confident communicator with solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Organised and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a proactive approach to personal and technical development
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
* Interest in working cross-functionally with layout, test, and systems teams
