Job Description

1. Handle complex antitrust litigation matters, including investigations and disputes.
2. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on antitrust and competition law issues.
3. Draft, review, and file legal documents and pleadings.
4. Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
5. Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop case strategies.
6. Represent clients in court, arbitration, or mediation proceedings.
7. Assist with compliance programs and risk assessments related to antitrust laws.
8. Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
