Hisense Field Sales Executive | Regional Brand Ambassador
Full time, Permanent
* Salary: £28,000 to 30,800/annum On Target Earnings + Hybrid company car & Fuel card
* Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, Thursday to Monday
* Territory: Wales, South West, and surrounds
Smollan have secured an exciting new partnership with Hisense – one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer electronics brands – and were building a high-energy team to take them to the next level in the UK.
As a Territory Sales Executive / Regional Brand Ambassador working within retail field sales, you wont just cover stores - you’ll build advocacy, influence retail teams and shape how Hisense is experienced in-store!
If you’ve worked with consumer electronics – either as an in-store Retail Sales Advisor or as a Field Sales Executive – this is your chance to represent a brand that’s hungry, ambitious, and on the rise.
What you will be doing
* Account management of a defined retail territory, visiting leading independents such as Richer Sounds and Hughes Electrical
* Build strong, credible relationships with store managers and retail teams
* Deliver engaging, confident product training that inspires advocacy
* Deliver best-in‑class in‑store execution, merchandising and point‑of‑sale standards
* Identify opportunities to improve ranging, availability and visibility, providing accurate reporting and field insights
* Support seasonal campaigns, product launches and key trading periods

What we are looking for
* Experience within consumer electronics – in-store, field‑based, or with a competitor brand
* Genuine passion for TVs, home entertainment and tech innovation
* Confidence delivering training and influencing retail sales teams
* Strong relationship‑building skills with a commercial mindset
* Self‑motivation and the ability to manage your own territory effectively
* Energy, personality and pride in representing a brand
* A full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
