Your responsibilities as Production Supervisor
* Deliver production output against plan, ensuring targets, quality and deadlines are met
* Lead, train and manage operatives to maintain performance, discipline and efficiency
* Enforce food safety, hygiene and PPE compliance across all production areas
* Monitor KPIs including KPMH, waste, and metal detection accuracy
* Ensure all records, QA holds and rework processes are completed accurately and in real time
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and factory conditions
What we're looking for in a Production Supervisor
* Previous experience supervising within food production or manufacturing
* A full, UK driving licence (essential)
* Strong understanding of food safety, BRC standards and health & safety compliance
* Experience managing production output, KPIs and operational performance
* Ability to oversee QA processes, documentation and compliance procedures
* Experience leading teams on a busy factory floor environment
