Hyspec Engineering Ltd (UK), a Group Company of United Engineering Services LLC, specialising in sub-contract precision engineering services to the Oil & Gas, Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear and Renewables Sector, are experiencing an exciting period of growth and are seeking motivated professionals to join our existing highly skilled Team.
Role Overview
* Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner in compliance with the Company's HSE policy, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
* Develop and produce offline CNC programming services for Fanuc Lathes, Multi-Axis Fanuc & Mazak machining centres based on engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Maintain CNC program database, creating method sheets, tooling sheets and setting sheets.
* Verify machining times v programmed times – establishing actual cycle times.
* Involvement in manufacturing methods, using the most up to date technologies.
* Completion of actions from contract review process, authorised / responsible for making changes to route cards.
* Assist with compiling machining times, quoting for new work and business development opportunities.
* Proactively drive continuous improvement in process and tooling optimisation, contributing ideas for process improvements within the wider team environment.
Qualifications
* HNC in Engineering or equivalent / Qualified CNC Operator.
* Candidates without accredited qualifications will be considered depending upon experience.
