Overview
We are seeking an organised and motivated Employee Relations Assistant to join our HR & OD team. In this role, you will provide vital support to senior HR colleagues in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service across employee relations, equality, diversity & inclusion, and organisational development.
You will be responsible for coordinating and administering employee relations casework, supporting organisational change processes, and providing first-line advice on standard HR policies and procedures. The role also involves scheduling and preparing materials for hearings, consultations, and training, maintaining accurate employee records, and contributing to the development and review of HR policies.

About you / Qualifications
* Previous HR experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of HR practices, procedures, and policy application.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent experience).
