Main Purpose of the Role
You will work as part of a small people team to enable our business to create a high performing, engaging and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
Were looking for a hands-on people professional to shape how we hire and create a great employee experience as we grow.
This role combines end-to-end recruitment alongside delivering impactful HR projects across wellbeing, EDI and learning. Youll build sustainable processes, improve how we attract and assess talent, and help make our business a brilliant place to work. Because were small and ambitious, the projects you take on will flex as our strategy evolves so youll have real influence and variety.
What youll be doing?
Running the full recruitment end to end lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
Introducing smarter tools and improving efficiency and effectiveness in how we hire
Coaching hiring managers on role scoping, interviewing and selection
Delivering people projects in wellbeing, inclusion, learning and culture
Shaping policies and practices that fit a growing business
Scope, design and hire for our early careers roles from internships, direct entry to graduates and apprenticeships
Experience and Skills required:
Experience across both HR and recruitment with strong UK employment legislation understanding
Experience running or supporting people projects (wellbeing, EDI, L&D)
Confidence hiring technical roles
Passion for creating a great people experience
Ability to build scalable processes in a small business environment
A delivery mindset proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
Strong communication and relationship-building skill with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
It is desirable, but not essential, that you have a CIPD or equivalent accreditation
It is desirable, but not essential, for you to have experience or be qualified in psychometrics assessment tooling
