Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global animal health company and we are actively seeking a Commercial Supply Chain Manager to join the business in Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead demand planning and forecasting for assigned markets/products, ensuring accurate, data-driven projections aligned with commercial goals.
2. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
3. Coordinate S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, driving alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
4. Act as the key supply chain partner for commercial teams, supporting product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
5. Monitor supply performance and proactively address risks, shortages, delays, or capacity constraints.
6. Analyze sales trends, market demand, and supply data to recommend adjustments to inventory or replenishment strategies.
7. Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and global supply chain teams to ensure efficient product flow from production to customers.
8. Support product launch planning, ensuring accurate launch forecasts, readiness, and post-launch performance tracking.
9. Develop and report supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance.
