Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing exceptional dishes for a range of events, from intimate gatherings to large functions
* Working with premium, responsibly sourced local produce
* Contributing creative input to menus and seasonal specials
* Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen efficiency
* Collaborating closely with the friendly team of chefs and front‑of‑house staff
The Ideal Candidate:
* Solid experience as a Chef in catering, events, or a high‑quality hospitality setting
* Genuine enthusiasm for food and innovative cooking
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment
* Flexibility for evening and weekend work to support events
* A full UK driving licence would be beneficial given the rural location
