Job Description:
* Up to 40k plus 2.5k further payment once made Electrical AP
* Monday to Friday on a single site in central Birmingham, with the following hours:
* Week 1: 7AM - 3PM
* Week 2: 1PM - 10PM
* Week 3: 8AM - 5PM
* One week in six call out paying £1350 standby per annum, and 4 hours work paid if called
* Call out covers the local region beyond the single site this role is based at

Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance team at a corporate banking facility in central Birmingham.
Working with other engineers, you will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site, including Low and High Voltage Distribution systems, final circuits, standby generators, load shedding equipment, UPS systems (batteries, Earthing, lighting protection, emergency lighting, security lighting).
Some responsibilities include managing UPS load bank testing of the batteries.
We are open to candidates looking to expand their experience with high voltage systems.
Additionally, there will be some mechanical maintenance and fabric jobs, managed independently via a tablet system.
We offer excellent training and work in a modern, recently refurbished building with new equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works via helpdesk within set time frames to exceed customer expectations.
* Maintenance of other building services like fabric, HVAC, mechanical tasks.
* Responding to callouts as per the rota.
* Contractor supervision and monitoring, including issuing Permits to Work.
* Ensuring electrical equipment operates to performance standards.
* Evaluating performance and ensuring proper servicing and maintenance.
* Maintaining accurate administration and documentation.
Candidate requirements:
* Electrical qualifications and some experience in installation or maintenance.
