Salary: £20,713 – £23,847 per annum (Actual) / £39,302 – £45,250 per annum (FTE)
Hours: 19.5 Hours per week
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
Responsibilities
* Co‑ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience across allocated courses, programmes and subjects.
* Lead and support a team of staff to meet the college's expectations of quality and learner success.
* Develop and implement effective training, resources and assessment processes for learners at all levels.
* Act as a role model, motivating learners and staff to maximise outcomes and progress.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of subject areas and industry developments to adapt instruction to learners’ needs.
