Customer Experience Advisor | Bradford City Centre Customer Experience Advisor Bradford City Centre £25,200 per annum 37.5 per week Here at Hays, we are working with an established organisation in Bradford to support in the expansion of its Customer Experience Hub, we are actively recruiting for Customer Experience Advisors who are passionate about supporting customers and their journey. In this role, you’ll engage with both new and existing customers, providing high‑quality support and ensuring first‑time, one‑touch resolutions wherever possible. This role would be suitable for someone who is empathetic, patient and resilient, with clear communication skills and strong attention to detail. They should also have experience in customer‑facing or service‑driven environments and be confident using Microsoft Office while working collaboratively to deliver first‑time resolutions for a wide range of customer enquiries. Key Responsibilities Logging and coordinating repair and maintenance requests. Processing rent and service charge payments. Responding to queries about renting, home ownership and care‑related services. Creating and updating customer applications. Managing general incoming enquiries, providing clear, compassionate and accurate information. Experience Required: Proven experience in a customer services role, providing customer support on the telephone and email. Genuine passion for working in a customer service role. Empathy, patience and resilience. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A professional, confident and collaborative approach. Motivation and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
