This is an active and visible role requiring strong leadership competence in addition to entrepreneurial ability, customer interaction is significant and excellent relationship management skills are required.

Job Requirements:
1. Experience of working in a Helpdesk environment
2. SIA License is essential
3. Strong IT ability - including Excel, Word, Outlook
4. Previous experience using a CAFM system i.e. TF Cloud, eLogs etc.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Time Management & Organisational Skills
7. Courteous, professional manner with a disciplined but calm, vigilant approach.
8. Ability to perform and succeed under pressure.
