About the Position
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms for our shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying compelling moments from podcasts, using AI tools to clip, edit, and enhance content, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-based content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging content that inspires, motivates, and elevates the brand of each show. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, gets shared, and captures attention—is crucial.
Responsibilities
1. Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
2. Video editing and clipping – Edit highlight clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast's tone and style.
3. YouTube growth & optimisation – Grow podcast YouTube channels by optimizing content, creating engaging titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features to enhance visibility.
4. AI content creation and curation – Plan and produce high-quality photo, graphic, and video content for each platform, maintaining a consistent visual and editorial identity with AI tools.
5. Content scheduling and delivery – Upload and schedule content across YouTube and social channels, aligning with marketing calendars and partner needs.
6. Copywriting and tone of voice – Use AI to craft inspiring, thoughtful, and engaging copy, ensuring a consistent tone that reflects each podcast's values.
7. Community management – Engage with audiences across social media and YouTube by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
8. Performance tracking and reporting – Analyze metrics via platform analytics (e.g., YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights), generate reports, and refine strategies based on insights.
Skills & Experience
* Successful track record managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
* Deep knowledge of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in video editing with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Experience creating visually engaging content (e.g., carousels, thumbnails).
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment across multiple shows.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a test-and-learn mindset.
* Adaptability and comfort with shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
